Admissions Online Information

Welcome to Oakwood Adventist Academy
Thank you for your interest in our school!

How to Apply

Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission online after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $100 for U.S. Residents and $185 for International students must be submitted with each each application.

Create an Online Application
  • STOP!!!
    • If you are returning to OAA from last school year and are not adding another student, go to your FACTS account to Re-Enroll your student for the 2023-2024 school year.  DO NOT START A NEW APPLICATION!
    • If it's been more than 5 months since you've attended OAA, you must complete a new online application
  •
  • START!!!
    • To begin the Online Application process, go to Create an Account.  If you already have a student that attends OAA and you are adding an additional child, you may use "add another student from your Family Portal using the same username and pasword."
    • Once you log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child, you will have the flexibility to log "in and out" of your account until the application is submitted.
    • Once the application is submitted, you may track your admissions status online by logging into your account. This access will allow you to print the completed applications and monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms.

We Look Forward to Meeting You

After you have submitted the application and all required forms, we would very much like to meet you and provide you with a tour of our campus, providing it is COVID safe to do so.  We appreciate your interest and hope to assist you in any way we can. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us at 256-801-0534 or email us at registrar@myoaa.org
